Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase these products in your jurisdiction. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are ordering for personal use and not for resale or redistribution.

We may request government-issued identification at delivery or pickup. Orders may be refused or cancelled if age or identity cannot be verified, if the recipient appears impaired, or if delivery cannot be completed safely.

All products are sold for personal, decorative, aromatic, and display purposes only. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no medical claim is made or implied.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery after use. Keep all products away from children and animals. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including pricing or availability errors, suspected fraud, failed verification, or delivery outside our service area.

Product descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that any listing is error-free.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at the time your order is accepted. If a price is listed in error we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

• Cash — collected at delivery. Drivers may carry limited change; have the stated total ready.
• CashApp — sent after the order is placed, to the cashtag shown on your confirmation screen. You must include your order number in the payment note. Payments that cannot be matched to an order may delay or void fulfilment.
• Card — not currently accepted. Any card option shown as “coming soon” is disabled and cannot be used.

Sending payment does not by itself create or confirm an order. An order exists only once it has been submitted through this site and issued an order number.

Delivery windows and time estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Service areas, hours, and minimums may change without notice.

An adult 21 or older must be present to receive the order. We do not leave orders unattended. If no eligible recipient is available, if the address is inaccessible or unsafe, or if identification is refused, the order may be returned and fees may apply. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and instructions you provide.

Because of the nature of these products and applicable health and safety rules, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at +1 (726) 261-8038 within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, replace the item or issue credit. This is our sole obligation and your sole remedy.

Certificates of analysis published on this site are provided by third-party laboratories for the batch identified. They are made available for transparency and are accurate to the best of our knowledge as supplied to us. We do not independently guarantee third-party testing and are not liable for laboratory error.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your age or identity, or order on behalf of a minor
• Resell, redistribute, or transport products in violation of any law
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Scrape, mirror, or copy site content, data, or structure for any commercial purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or automated orders

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

The Pressure SA name, logo, wordmark, site design, copy, photography, and video are owned by Pressure SA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The underlying software, workflows, integrations, and operational configuration of this site are proprietary and confidential. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view this site for the purpose of shopping. No other right or licence is granted.

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressure SA and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the site or any product, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You assume all risk associated with your purchase and use of any product. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pressure SA and its personnel from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your purchase or use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. You and Pressure SA agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order.
