This site is intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected such information, we delete it. Attesting to your age at entry or checkout creates a record of that attestation.

You provide directly:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery address and any delivery instructions you add
• Your preferred contact method
• Order contents, quantities, and totals
• Your 21+ age attestation

Collected automatically:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps)
• A session flag recording that the age gate was passed, stored in your browser
• Your shopping cart, stored in your browser until you clear it or complete an order

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Cash is collected at delivery. CashApp payments are made inside CashApp and settle directly to the merchant. If card processing is enabled in the future it will run through a PCI-compliant processor that handles card data on its own systems; card numbers will not touch our servers.

Order records, age attestations, and related transaction data are retained as long as needed to fulfil the order and to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period. Browser-side data (age flag, cart) is under your control and can be cleared at any time through your browser.

The site is served over encrypted connections. Access to customer records is limited to authorized personnel and protected by authentication and database-level access controls. Sensitive credentials are held server-side and never exposed to the browser.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

We use only what the site needs to function: a session flag for the age gate and local storage for your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking this storage may cause the age gate to reappear and your cart not to persist.

Pages may link to services we do not control, such as a payment app. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies, not this one.
